WOACWA House Calls offers personalized, in-person 1:1 coaching and support for parents navigating estranged parent–adult child relationships, complex family dynamics, and communication misalignment. These private sessions provide a compassionate, emotionally safe space to explore: + healthy boundaries +adult-to-adult communication +ethical family relationships for estranged parents +emotional healing after estrangement +learning effective communication and repair strategies during the silence +emotionally responsible relationship practices for rebuilding House Calls are designed for estranged parents or adult children seeking in-person support, practical guidance, and personalized estrangement coaching focused on building trust-based family relationships, developing reciprocal adult boundaries, becoming emotionally resilient, and learning respectful communication strategies. Dr. Janet Steinkamp provides calm, compassionate, and ethically grounded support to help clients navigate difficult fractures in parent-adult child relationships with greater clarity, emotional regulation, and confidence, while honoring adult autonomy, reciprocal boundaries, and mutual dignity. These are the topics we will discuss during our scheduled call: +Hourly rates and service terms for face-to-face coaching are consistent with the current virtual hourly and bundle billing rates (i.e., $275.00/hour). Additional fees include travel time and expenses. +Fees for travel time: Local Drive time: 0–25 miles is free, 25–50 miles is $510, and 50–100 miles is $675. +Out-of-Town house calls beyond 100 miles will likely involve overnight expenses. +Fees for destination coaching, events or major travel are calculated on actual out-of-pocket costs and an itemized list: - Flights & Ground Transportation: Round-trip airfare, baggage fees, shuttles and rental cars or rideshares. - Lodging: Hotels or short-term rentals, usually accounting for an arrival day and a departure day. - Per Diem (Food and Incidentals): A daily stipend of an estimated $120/day to cover. - An estimate of travel expenses will be provided prior to signing a coaching agreement. - After the return travel is completed, an adjusted accounting of expenses will be provided for final billing.
